• Individualized Meal Plan for 12 months, Using individual and/or family caloric needs to create a healthy meal plan for each week of the month.

• Up to 4 hours of one on one counseling with dietitian per month. This could include discussing health and nutrition related concerns, cooking coaching, grocery shopping coaching as well as helping you and your family set goals and take the practical steps to reach them.

Regular Package Includes:

• Individualized Meal Plan for 6 months, Using individual and/or family caloric needs to create a healthy meal plan for each week of the month.

• Up to 2 hours of one on one counseling with dietitain per month. This could include discussing health and nutrition related concerns, cooking coaching, grocery shopping coaching as well as helping you and your family set goals and take the practical steps to reach them.
